Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the SparkleSavvy online store and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

SparkleSavvy is an online store selling fashion jewelry and hair accessories. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Products

We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are fashion jewelry and are not made of precious metals unless stated. Small parts can be a choking hazard: our products are not suitable for children under 3 years old, and children's items should be worn under adult supervision.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock or if there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your EU right of withdrawal and your rights for faulty goods.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of our products. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
