We want you to love your SparkleSavvy order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or once we have confirmed a damaged or wrong item, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded when you withdraw from the whole order.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund you.
